Our mission is to partner with parents as they build a strong spiritual foundation for their children — teaching them to worship God everywhere, become more like Him everyday, and serve everyone they meet.
Children are precious at Apex Baptist. Taking to heart Jesus' own love for children, Apex Baptist seeks to provide a comprehensive, caring ministry to children and their parents. Through a broad range of programming, children experience acceptance, engage in learning, have fun, and express their faith.

Elementary Bible Classes
Bible classes for elementary aged children are offered on Sunday mornings during the 9:00 and 10:15AM worship hours. This ministry exists to partner with parents in teaching grade one through grade four the grand narrative of Scripture and making God’s Word an essential part of each child’s life.
Are your kids up for some high energy worship time? If so, your kids will love Boom! Boom incorporates singing, dancing, and teaching that radiates energy and fun. This time of worship focuses on teaching kids to live out the gospel with excitement and joy, and showing them what it means to follow Christ. Boom is for kids who are in kindergarten through fourth grade. We hope they join us on Sunday mornings during the 10:15 and/or 11:30AM worship hours!
AWANA is an international, non-denominational, Bible-centered youth organization that provides clubs for children 2 years old through 6th grade. Games, awards, scripture memory, and other activities transform this program into a lively, weekly experience where fun and learning go hand in hand. AWANA meets each Wednesday evening from 6:15 - 7:45pm. Awana will start back for the 2015 - 2016 year on Wednesday, August 26. For questions regarding Awana, please email us.
Special Needs Ministry
Each Sunday morning we offer a special needs class for older children during the 10:15 hour in Room 228. Our leaders are all trained and present an appropriate Bible lesson for these wonderful kids! If you are interested in your child getting connected, please contact us here.
